Life coaching is for anyone who feels ready to grow, make changes, or gain clarity but may not know where to start. If you're feeling stuck, unmotivated, or seeking a fresh perspective, coaching can help you move forward with confidence and purpose. 3- How often should I schedule sessions? Most clients start with weekly or biweekly sessions to maintain momentum. However, the frequency can be adjusted based on your pace and preferences. 4- Is it okay to cancel a scheduled session? I understand that life happens! I ask for 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee. 5- Do you offer a free consultation or trial session? Yes! I offer a free 30-minute introductory session so we can discuss your goals and see if coaching is the right fit for you.
